Our primary goal at Sumday Vacations is to provide an affordable, quality timeshare and ease of ownership transfer.  Sumday Vacations will prepare all necessary documents related to the transfer and closing of the timeshare. 

*All documents are recorded electronically (when applicable and available) greatly reducing the time frame for transfer.   

*The closing package will be presented to the respective resort/management company for finalization and updating their ownership records recognizing a “New Owner”.

** PLEASE NOTE - IMPORTANT **

 

By purchasing this property, “You/Buyer(s)” consent to provide to Sumday Vacations and/or the Resort all of the following required information (within 10 days of your purchase) in order to begin the transfer process of your timeshare purchase.  NOT EVERY RESORT requires all of these items but this list is comprehensive to advise you what MAY BE required.

1. A State issued Identification (i.e. driver license)
2. Social Security Number
3. Resort Approval/Credit Application
4. A Copy of a current “Utility Bill”
5. A signed Limited Power of Attorney to the Title Company which allows Scrivener's errors to be corrected easily

 

Once you have fulfilled the above requirement, you will receive a Timeshare Purchase Agreement.  Please keep in mind, time is of the essence in all closing/transfer documents and processing, should you fail to perform any of the above requirements you open the risk of the property being relisted and sold to another party and you will not be eligible for a refund due to your inability to complete the closing process.

128,000 Club wyndham Plus Points

An undivided 128,000 / 101,072,000 tenant-in-common interest in the FOURTH FLOOR, together with the same undivided tenant-in-common interest in 1/7th of the Remaining Resort Facility real property known as FAIRFIELD DESTIN AT MAJESTIC SUN, according to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions thereof,  recorded at Official Records Book 2293, Page 799, et seq., of the Public Records of Walton County, Florida (the “Declaration”)  and any and all amendments  and supplements thereto. Grantee’s Contract Number with Grantor for the purchase of the interest identified herein is 000401504691.

The property described above is a/an ANNUAL ownership interest as described in the Declaration for the projects and such ownership interest has been allocated 128,000 Points as defined in the Declaration for use in EACH year.
