Buyer could be responsible for maintenance fees starting 30 days after end of sale, if buyer is responsible Wyndham will bill you as soon as the ownership transfer if completed.
The use year for this contract currently ends on 03/31; if buyer is an existing Club Wyndham Plus owner the use year on this account will be adjusted to the use year on their existing membership.

Wyndham La Belle Maison which has a prime location right off Canal Street in downtown New Orleans. It is just blocks away from the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. This historic Franklin Printing Press building's interior was completely re-done into vacation ownership units. An exercise room, sauna, massage room and indoor and outdoor spas are some of the amenities for our guests to enjoy. Wyndham La Belle Maison is a member of Wyndham's Avenue Collection. This resort is a completely non-smoking facility. Valet Parking Only-Additional Daily Fee, US$26 per day paid to valet upon arrival.

Our primary goal at Sumday Vacations is to provide an affordable, quality timeshare and ease of ownership transfer.  Sumday Vacations will prepare all necessary documents related to the transfer and closing of the timeshare.

*All documents are recorded electronically (when applicable and available) greatly reducing the time frame for transfer.

*The closing package will be presented to the respective resort/management company for finalization and updating their ownership records recognizing a “New Owner”.


By purchasing this property, “You/Buyer(s)” consent to provide to Sumday Vacations and/or the Resort all of the following required information (within 10 days of your purchase) in order to begin the transfer process of your timeshare purchase.  NOT EVERY RESORT requires all of these items but this list is comprehensive to advise you what MAY BE required.

1. A State issued Identification (i.e. driver license)
2. Social Security Number
3. Resort Approval/Credit Application 
4. A Copy of a current “Utility Bill”
5. A signed Limited Power of Attorney to the Title Company which allows Scrivener's errors to be corrected easily

Once you have fulfilled the above requirement, you will receive a Timeshare Purchase Agreement.  Please keep in mind, time is of the essence in all closing/transfer documents and processing, should you fail to perform any of the above requirements you open the risk of the property being relisted and sold to another party and you will not be eligible for a refund due to your inability to complete the closing process.
