Our primary goal at Sumday Vacations is to provide an affordable, quality timeshare and ease of ownership transfer.  Sumday Vacations will prepare all necessary documents related to the transfer and closing of the timeshare. 

*All documents are recorded electronically (when applicable and available) greatly reducing the time frame for transfer. 

*The closing package will be presented to the respective resort/management company for finalization and updating their ownership records recognizing a “New Owner”. 


By purchasing this property, “You/Buyer(s)” consent to provide to Sumday Vacations and/or the Resort all of the following required information (within 10 days of your purchase) in order to begin the transfer process of your timeshare purchase.  NOT EVERY RESORT requires all of these items but this list is comprehensive to advise you what MAY BE required.

1. A State issued Identification (i.e. driver license)
2. Social Security Number
3. Resort Approval/Credit Application 
4. A Copy of a current “Utility Bill”
5. A signed Limited Power of Attorney to the Title Company which allows Scrivener's errors to be corrected easily

Once you have fulfilled the above requirement, you will receive a Timeshare Purchase Agreement.  Please keep in mind, time is of the essence in all closing/transfer documents and processing, should you fail to perform any of the above requirements you open the risk of the property being relisted and sold to another party and you will not be eligible for a refund due to your inability to complete the closing process.

All that certain 259,000/61,236,000 undivided fee simple absolute interest in Units 101, 102, 103, 201, 202 and 203 as tenants in common with the other undivided interest owners of said Units in Building 37, which undivided interest has been assigned 259,000 Fairshare Plus Points symbolic of said property interest; in Fairfield Williamsburg at Kingsgate Time-Share Project – Phase Seven as such time-share estate is defined in the “Project and Time-Share Instrument for Fairfield Williamsburg at Kingsgate” dated March 21, 1990, recorded March 27, 1990, in the Clerk’s Office of the York County and City of Poquoson, Virginia, in Deed Book 578 at Page 169, as may be amended; ( the “Time-Share Instrument”); and as such unit is depicted on plat entitled “re-Plat showing Fairfield Williamsburg at Kingsgate Section IV Phase 7” dated August 21, 1995 and revised March 13, 1997, recorded in Plat Book 12 at Pages 458 and 459.

The Time-Share Estate described above is a/an Annual ownership interest as described in the Time-Share Instrument and such ownership interest has been allocated 259,000 Points (as defined in the Time-Share Instrument) for use by the Grantees in Each year(s).
